With an ice coffee in hand, Maisy walked through central park as she made her way to her's and Sierra's meeting point. For the last two and half so years, Maisy walked to school this round-about way so her and Sierra could travel down to MCOA together (of course there was always a car waiting for them at the edge of central park). As she arrived at their meeting spot, Maisy couldn't help but laugh into her ice coffee as she took a sip. She still found it aumsing, no, astounding that she was currently waiting on who she considered her closest friend when only four short years ago the two girls would of hated each other.

the first week back to mcoa was always supposed to be the most relaxed. but sierra was already feeling her dance class from yesterday. she was a little out of shape from not having the regular practice schedule she always had, but soon enough, she'd be right back into it. armed with her nonfat, sugar free iced chai, she headed down and across central park to her and maisy's favorite meeting spot. as she got closer, she could see the blonde head of hair belonging to her best friend. "laughing at yourself?" she called as she got closer. "i wouldn't let anyone but me know about that if i were you."

Maisy looked up, into the direction of Sierra's voice. "Oh shut up," She said with that laugh still in her voice, rolling her eyes at her friend. Walking towards Sierra, the two then began to walk down their normal path without a hitch. With each step, Maisy grew more and more excited to get back to the school and back into her daily routine which she had let slip over the summer. "So, how was the rest of your summer?" Maisy asked, keeping conversation, but also curious as to what Sierra had been up to since the two last saw each other.

sierra joined her friend, moving in tandem toward the south edge of the park. as usual, their limo would be waiting to take them to school. she sipped her chai as maisy asked about her summer. normally, sierra would have been so excited to tell her what happened, but because of the events, she'd kept things to a dull roar. "well, we spent most of it in the hamptons," she said. she didn't mention that during the time she was at her home, she had been seeing liam dawson. that was something she and liam had decided to keep to themselves. "sitting poolside, cold margaritas in hand... it was luxurious. she sighed, then laughed.

"I would love to be jealous of that, because sitting poolside all summer sounds amazing," Maisy told her friend, basking in the last of the summer sun as the two walked through the park, "but spending the summer in Paris was fabulous." She couldn't help but flash a smile at her friend, probably because she was still on a high, and Maisy wanted to keep it that way as long as possible. "Too bad we can't keep these luxurious lives all year long," She said, with a small laugh, knowing that once she stepped foot on MCOA grounds, they'd be hit with all sorts of people, many of which Maisy wouldn't go out of her way to talk to.

sierra made a noise of jealousy when maisy said she'd been in paris. it had been so long, too long since she'd been there. she completely agreed that it really was too bad they couldn't keep up their lifestyles all year long. "well," sierra said, sipping her chai in between. "we could go to paris over christmas vacation." she suggested. it was always nice to get away from the city during that time of year. manhattan got so busy during christmas and especially new years, though sierra made it a big point to avoid times square at all times. "or baja california."
